【台南好吃英文】
● Danzai noodles. Danzai means “shoulder pole”, the dish consists of yellow noodles in a shrimp broth topped with ground port source.
擔仔麵。擔仔的意思是「肩上的扁擔」。這道料理裡面有用蝦高湯煮過的油麵，上面淋有肉燥醬.
● Coffin bread is a night market snack that tastes much better than it sounds. It’s a thick sliced of bread, hollowed out and filled out with seafood chowder after it is deep-fried.
棺材板是夜市小吃，嘗起來比聽起來可口。是用一片炸過的厚土司，挖洞後填入海鮮雜燴。
● Tainan has some of the best shrimp rolls in Taiwan. Fresh shrimp and green onions are coated with batter and deep-fried until golden-brown.
台南擁有台灣數一數二的蝦捲。是用新鮮的蝦子和青蔥裹上麵糊，用大火炸到金黃色。
● Eel noodles are fried eel served over flat noodles in a thick sweet and sour sauce.
鱔魚麵是把炒鱔魚放到濃稠酸甜醬汁裡所拌炒出的意麵。
● Wa Gui is a firm, salty rice pudding steamed in a bowl.
